Rudolph Gentile
CHAIRMAN
Born in Rome on 11th November 1972, Rudolph Gentile holds a degree in Social Sciences from the La Sapienza University in Rome. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. His career began in 1993, where he worked as head of Layover for the Air Europe airline, at Rome’s Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. In 1995, after a brief experience in the marketing department at Air Europe, he moved to the Cargo division, where the next year he became the sole manager and developed his business management skills. In 1996, Rudolph Gentile came to work in the baggage protection area and in 1997 he founded Safe Bag S.p.A.. In 2004, he founded Moviemax Ltd., a cinema production and distribution company, listed on the stock market, of which he was CEO, and following that, President, until 2010. In 2010, after having stepped down from his activities with Moviemax Ltd., he founded M2 Pictures Ltd., another cinema production and distribution company. From 2010 to 2012 he was on the board of directors for the Air Italy Ltd. airline.
Carmine Colella

Born in Pompeii on November 6, 1980. He began his career in the early 2000s in the commercial field for Hotels, Resorts, and Tour Operators both in Italy and abroad, covering various roles. He is registered in the National Register of Qualified Technical Directors of Travel Agencies and Tour Operators. In 2010 he was appointed Head of the Travel channel of the Spanish multinational Groupalia, a leader in the e-commerce sector linked to social shopping in Europe. In 2012 he became a partner of LiuTravel, a company active in the sale of tourist services, holding the position of Sole Director from 2012 to 2020. In 2021 he established the position of Sole Director of Digital Destination Company, with the mission of becoming a reference point in the online world for the sale of services and Booking Hotels, Flights, Excursions, Tours, and Vacation Packages, creating the vertical dedicated to the promotion and sale of all Italian tourist destinations exclusively online with the “Amareitalia” brand.
Nicola De Biase

Born in Castrovillari on 14 July 1978. He graduated in 2003 in Economics of Financial Markets from the Bocconi University of Milan. He has gained experience in the private equity sector at leading Italian investment companies, including Convergenza S.C.A., Cape Natixis SGR S.p.A., Meridie Investimenti S.p.A., Italglobal Partners and is currently partner of Ethica Global Investment S.p.A. He is director and member of the Board of Directors of TechVision S.r.l. (Italian company specialised in the production of components and surface treatments for the eyewear manufacturing industry) and of Gimel S.r.l. (Italian company specialised in manufacturing children’s clothing). Between May 2014 and July 2018, he was Investor Relator and Head of the Corporate Finance department of Safe Bag S.p.A.. In May 2016, he was appointed Board Member of Alfio Bardolla Training Group S.p.A., leading Italian company in the personal financial training sector, which has been listed in the AIM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. since July 2017.
Ivan Munarini
INDIPENDENT DIRECTOR
Born in Sondrio in May 1974, where he studied until high school, and then graduated in Business Economics from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan. He oversaw the management control of the Provincial Administration of Sondrio from 2000 to 2012. Still, in the public sector, he held the position of City Councillor, Vice President of the City Council, Councillor of the BIM Consortium, and Councillor for Budget and Heritage of the Municipality of Sondrio. In the private sector, he has practiced the profession of Chartered Accountant since 2007 and has held positions as a consultant, director, and auditor.
