Born in Rome on 11th November 1972, Rudolph Gentile holds a degree in Social Sciences from the La Sapienza University in Rome. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. His career began in 1993, where he worked as head of Layover for the Air Europe airline, at Rome’s Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. In 1995, after a brief experience in the marketing department at Air Europe, he moved to the Cargo division, where the next year he became the sole manager and developed his business management skills. In 1996, Rudolph Gentile came to work in the baggage protection area and in 1997 he founded Safe Bag S.p.A.. In 2004, he founded Moviemax Ltd., a cinema production and distribution company, listed on the stock market, of which he was CEO, and following that, President, until 2010. In 2010, after having stepped down from his activities with Moviemax Ltd., he founded M2 Pictures Ltd., another cinema production and distribution company. From 2010 to 2012 he was on the board of directors for the Air Italy Ltd. airline.
Born in Rho on the 7th April 1977, Simone Gamba is on the Board of Directors of the Issuer. Once he had finished his studies, he began his business career in the Information Technology and management consultancy sectors, working with important TLC businesses. In the early 2000s, he turned himself to the development of applications available through web application and industrial mobile devices. During his time as a businessman, he has been involved in emerging technologies, introducing them into business processes. Over the years, he has worked with many different themes in the sector, from industrial automisation to nano-technologies, as well as more classic business processes. In more recent times, he has focused on the development of B2C/B2B (full stack), making the most of the diffusion of consumer mobile devices. In 2018, he came to work at Sostravel, where he has the role of executive director and Chief Operating Officer.
Nicola De Biase
Born in Castrovillari on 14 July 1978. He graduated in 2003 in Economics of Financial Markets from the Bocconi University of Milan. He has gained experience in the private equity sector at leading Italian investment companies, including Convergenza S.C.A., Cape Natixis SGR S.p.A., Meridie Investimenti S.p.A., Italglobal Partners and is currently partner of Ethica Global Investment S.p.A. He is director and member of the Board of Directors of TechVision S.r.l. (Italian company specialised in the production of components and surface treatments for the eyewear manufacturing industry) and of Gimel S.r.l. (Italian company specialised in manufacturing children’s clothing). Between May 2014 and July 2018, he was Investor Relator and Head of the Corporate Finance department of Safe Bag S.p.A.. In May 2016, he was appointed Board Member of Alfio Bardolla Training Group S.p.A., leading Italian company in the personal financial training sector, which has been listed in the AIM segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. since July 2017.
Born in Rome the 2nd August 1969, Luca Galea earned a degree in Economics and Business from Sapienza University in Rome. He has been registered on the Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts of Rome since 1999. He began his professional activities at the Studio Legale e Tributario Napolitano. Since 2000, he has been collaborating with the Studio Legale Gallavotti, Honorati & Partners law firm in Rome, undertaking primarily work involving Corporate Law, with a focus on budget for firms working in the financial, property, publishing, large-scale food distribution, cinema, pharmacological, electric energy production, aerospace engineering and shipbuilding industries. These activities are carried our along with audit firms in Italy, such as Deloitte and Ernst and Young.
Born on the 3rd October 1973, he holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Sapienza in Rome. In 2009, he graduated with an M.Sc in Energy from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh and in 2010 he gained an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. Over the years he has gained a wealth of experience in Swiss, Japanese and European banks in the marketing and funding sectors, maintaining institutional investor relations during corporate bond emissions and in the trading sector. Today, he is Chief Dealer at Danske Bank and Co-founder of Skytech Research Ltd.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Born in Rome, on 9 June 1963. He gained a high school diploma in accounting from the Istituto Poliziano in Rome.
He has been enrolled in the Register of Auditors since 2010. He carries out tax, company, organisational and financial consultancy activities, offering economic – financial consultancy services, business consultancy, corporate consultancy and assistance, services for the evaluation, estimation and liquidation of assets, estates, firms, companies and shares or quotas; business finance services; tax and accounting consultancy and assistance, review and evaluation activities; tax litigation management services. He has held various positions in Boards of Auditors and Supervisory Bodies. He taught the Advanced health service management course at the Federico II University of Naples.

Born in Rome 7th September 1969, Paolo Natalini is a Public Accountant, and has been registered on the Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts of Rome since 1993. He works on a freelance basis and offers consultancy, assistance and financial management, accountancy for businesses, financial planning and business management, working with important foreign airlines such as Aerolineas Aergentinas; British Airways PLC; Thai Airways International PLC; Gulf Air Company; Albanian Airlines.
EFFECTIVE STATUTORY AUDITOR
Born in Rome, on 7 September 1968. He has a high school diploma in accounting, is a Statutory Auditor and has been a member of the Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Rome since 1992. He is self-employed and was a founding member of Studio Salustri & Associati, operating in the field of management control and company planning, and providing consultancy and assistance to businesses and private individuals for corporate, tax and accounting-related matters.
Andrea De Nigris
SUBSTITUTE STATUTORY AUDITOR
Born in 9th May 1981 in Rome, Andrea de Nigris has a degree in Business Economics from the University Link Campus at the University of Malta. He has an LL.M in International Tax Law from the International Tax Centre in the University of Leiden. Since 2012, he has been registered on the Order of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts. In 2005, he worked at the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro; in 2006 he worked at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation as a “Country Specialist”. In 2007 he worked for the international tax department of Ernst and Young in Luxembourg: in 2009 he worked at the corporate tax department at Deloitte. Since 2011 he has been working at Studio Tributario Societario in association with Ernst and Young, with which it has been associated since 2014.
SUBSTITUTE STATUTORY AUDITOR
Born on 14 April 1958. Accountant and Statutory Auditor, he has been registered with the Association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors of Rome since 1981. His activities include business and tax consultancy, devising business plans for companies, corporate administrative reorganizations, drafting and auditing of financial statements, tax returns of corporations. Since 2016 he has completed various appointments as statutory auditor.
